Snowball Puzzles

Explore 26 trails across three chapters. The first three trails are free. One optional purchase permanently unlocks access to all remaining 23 trails, starting with trail 4 of First Snow Journey. There is no subscription. Trails open in order as you complete the journey.

The full-game unlock is US $1.99 in the US storefront. Apple displays the applicable local price before you buy.

From the home screen, open About and choose Restore purchases. It is also available on the full-game unlock screen. Use the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. You do not need to replay the first three trails to reach the home-screen restore button.

Restoring an eligible purchase restores access to paid trails. It does not restore progress saved on another device. Internet access and Apple authentication may be needed.

Your progress is saved on your device. The game does not offer developer-operated cloud saves. Deleting the app can remove local progress, so do not reinstall it as a first troubleshooting step.

Check your iPhone's silent mode, media volume and audio output. Sound may be routed to headphones or another connected device.

Look for a new angle, a change in a mirror, or a natural break in the wind. Optional hints become available on later trails when you need help. You can retry a trail without losing access to content you have purchased.

Check your internet connection and try again later. The first three trails remain free. Do not buy again to troubleshoot an existing purchase; try Restore purchases using the original Apple Account.
