StorageMind — Product Strategy

StorageMind is the disk and storage-structure product within Jiang Finance Digital Tools. Its confirmed direction is to help people understand and manage storage structure on macOS.

Product boundary

StorageMind and SpaceMind share a family but not an identity. StorageMind concerns disks and storage structure; SpaceMind concerns file space. They require separate product facts and separate release records.

Current status

StorageMind 1.1.1 is publicly available on the App Store. Capacity metadata, live local disk activity, daily capacity history and read-only browsing of folders explicitly selected by the user remain local. The app does not modify or upload file contents and can ask macOS to safely eject a removable device.

Unknowns

Future support for additional disk types, file systems and workflows is not committed. The current public baseline is macOS 14+, a free download and an optional one-time, permanent StorageMind Pro unlock with no subscription or automatic renewal.
