These public terms currently govern the StockMind website record only. No software, service, download or commercial offer is available. The public developer record identifies Zhiyuan Jiang, publishing under the Jiang Finance brand. Any future authorized build will require terms matched to that build; the exact legal contracting name remains subject to publisher confirmation.
2. Current release boundary
IN DEVELOPMENT. This public page does not provide or promise access to a build. The public positioning and roadmap describe possible future direction only; no interface, source project, internal build or release date is represented by this page.
3. Permitted use and product responsibility
StockMind is an in-development market-information concept. Any future news, AI-generated summary, sentiment or valuation output will require independent source verification and must not be treated as a trading instruction, brokerage service, guarantee or individualized investment advice.
This website record generates no market or product output. Use it only as a description of current project direction; do not attempt to infer released capabilities, access controls or purchase mechanisms from it.
4. License and distribution
No public software license is granted by this webpage. Only a build supplied through an authorized testing or distribution channel may be used, and any test access may be withdrawn.
5. Purchases
No public price, in-app purchase or subscription offer is recorded for this product. A future commercial model will not take effect until it is published in the Product Registry and, where applicable, presented by the App Store.
6. Content and intellectual property
The StockMind name and original public website materials remain subject to the Publisher’s rights. No claim is made here that a StockMind application interface or software implementation currently exists. Third-party names, trademarks and linked materials remain subject to their respective rights.
7. Availability, warranty and liability
This public project record is provided “as is” for transparency about an in-development direction. It does not provide market data, AI output, software functionality or an available service. Any future product will require a release-specific review of its warranties, limitations and mandatory consumer rights.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for unlawful use, security abuse, infringement or violation of applicable distribution terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing terms survive termination where applicable.
9. Changes
Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date. A product update may require acceptance of revised terms where the distribution channel or applicable law requires it.
10. Apple license terms
For an Apple-distributed version, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the Publisher separately configures a Custom EULA in App Store Connect. This webpage does not itself configure or replace a Custom EULA.
11. Governing terms
