Before you write
- Quote StorageMind v1.1.1, your Mac model and macOS version.
- StorageMind reads volume metadata and an explicitly selected folder scope read-only. It can ask macOS to safely eject a removable device; it does not modify, clean or format disks.
- Send a redacted disk description or minimal screenshot; do not email private files, recovery keys or credentials.
- For read-only folder-browser questions, include the selected scope and the navigation step that reproduces the issue without attaching private file contents.
Privacy and security
Support will never ask for an Apple ID password, payment card, recovery key or complete private archive. Redact personal paths, filenames and notes before attaching diagnostic material.
