Before you write
- Quote SpaceMind v1.0, your macOS version and the exact scan or file-space view involved.
- Preserve a backup before testing any operation that could move or remove files.
- Send a redacted path or minimal screenshot; do not email private files, credentials or a full directory inventory.
- SpaceMind moves confirmed files only to the macOS Trash; if an operation fails, preserve the original files and include the displayed error.
Privacy and security
Support will never ask for an Apple ID password, payment card, recovery key or complete private archive. Redact personal paths, filenames and notes before attaching diagnostic material.
