Before you write
- Quote MediaFold v0.1.0 (3), your Mac model and macOS version.
- Describe whether the file was opened directly or found inside an authorized folder, and include its container and codec only if known.
- For subtitle issues, state whether the sidecar is SRT or ASS and send only a minimal redacted sample when support requests it.
- Do not email private media, full library listings, Apple ID credentials or payment details.
Privacy and security
Support will never ask for an Apple ID password, payment card, recovery key or complete private archive. Redact personal paths, filenames and notes before attaching diagnostic material.
