Before you write
- Confirm the product version, platform and operating-system version.
- Restart the app or browser before changing or deleting local data.
- Include reproducible steps and a redacted screenshot when requesting help.
- Never email passwords, payment details, private archives or recovery keys.
Privacy and security
Support will never ask for an Apple ID password, payment card, recovery key or complete private archive. Redact personal paths, filenames and notes before attaching diagnostic material.
