Before you write
- Quote AuralFold v1.0, your Mac model, macOS version and the outputs included in the Fold.
- Confirm whether each output is built-in, wired, display, USB, Bluetooth or AirPlay; do not send private Core Audio identifiers unless support asks for a minimal redacted value.
- Describe whether the Fold was activated from the menu bar and which restore policy was selected.
- Bluetooth membership is explicitly Unsynced, and AirPlay remains a separate Fold; include the displayed boundary message when either is involved.
Privacy and security
Support will never ask for an Apple ID password, payment card, recovery key or complete private archive. Redact personal paths, filenames and notes before attaching diagnostic material.
